“Here are the recipes for you to pass on to anyone with excess rhubarb on their hands!
The rhubarb chutney I made is actually a barbecue sauce recipe that I tried on chicken and pork and I didn’t like it as a sauce so I started using it as a chutney and like it used that way. Another recipe that I didn’t mention that is really useful for using up rhubarb is the rhubarb juice. And I just noticed that it has a bonus recipe for making cheese sauce in the microwave!
